A few months ago I took my'94 Toyota Tercel for servicing to Deluca Toyota on State Road 200, Ocala, Florida. They replaced hoses and belts and checked car completely and gave it a clean bill of health even though it was eight years old with only 40,000 miles on it. We were told it was in very good condition. When we left there the belts had whirring sound that was not there before and soon after we noticed the engine was getting hot. It started running very hot and went over the red mark. We contacted Toyota and they told us not to run the car anywhere but to get it towed into Deluca Toyota because it might ruin the engine. They told us we needed a new water pump. Our main complaint is that they charged us $400.00 to install a water pump. They never did show us the old water pump. We feel that Deluca Toyota is guilty of price gauging.
