We ordered furniture on November 26th 2007 and received a very polite reply informing us that the furniture would ship by the following week at the latest. Our credit card was debited on December 4th but no furniture.

Kelley Furniture were unhelpful and did not care about the issues. We went throughout Christmas with no Dining table and kept receiving false promises. Eventually the item arrived on January 18th, they did not send us tracking information or help us get the items to us.

They were very unhelpful and rude and once the item arrived it was clear the item was damaged before it left the warehouse. They refused to accept a return unless I paid to ship it to them and then proceeded to hound me with calls and be abusive. They then threatened to put unpleasant comments on our business web site, a service they have never used as we are a photography business and 3000 miles away from them.

I did some reserach and realised we were not the only ones with a bad experience of this company and decided to post this review. Please, whatever you do do not order from Kelley Furniture. The discounted prices are not worth it. You get what you pay for and this comany are rude with it. It's not worth the hassle.
