Mr Rosario was hired 2 years ago by my husband and I to get us legal custody of my husband 2 daughters which been leaving with us for the passed 5 years and Rosario did nothing but take our money, he charge us $340 and did nothing Allison few months later I hired him to do my divorce he charged me $300 and 6 months later I ask him to cancelled the divorce and he said no problem but we never got no paper work, he is a total ripoff

I am in shock to read these negative thrimhs about Mr, Rosario , thank God I never met the person these people are talking about . I have to say he has helped me & I was given a great price & I feel he was heaven sent . I am not doubting anything anyone is saying here , but I sure am glad I didn’t see this side of Mr. Rosario , he has replied to all my emails & even have me his personal email & has helped me with what o hired him for , honestly he even sent a letter to the people I rent my house to ,before he even received my Payment. I was crying so stressed about this situation & he humbly helped me.

You need to hire a LAWYER!! Paralegals cannot go to court and file paperwork - only an Attorney can.
