Ken Ross ordered 1000 custom koozies from TNT Sign & Graphics but declined to pick them up. Not only did Mr. Ross not pick up the items he requested, but he also did not pay TNT Sign & Graphics for their services.
The order was placed in November of 2009, but as of August 2010, the koozies have still not been picked up or paid for. Mr. Ross acknowledges that he ordered the koozies, but refuses to honor his word with TNT Sign & Graphics. Despite being offered a resolution settlement, Mr. Ross still refuses to pay his bills.
This should be more than a little troubling for anyone seeking insurance under Mr. Ross's agency. If he cannot or will not pay for a simple koozie order, how can insurance customers have good faith that Mr. Ross will pay on insurance settlments?
Mr. Ross and his agents have each lied numerous times about payments being made and have never kept an appointment to discuss and resolve as scheduled or returned an email to that effect. The fact that a company like this can operate in the insurance industry in the United States and abroad is very unsettling. Ken Ross's State Farm Agency is in the process of being called under review by all appropriate industry-related state and federal agencies to make sure they are more responsible in carrying out licensing requirements than paying bills.
