You have a responsibility to NOT DELETE this post in order to protect the public. This attorney is horrible and he is ripping people off. Do not hire this law firm. His attorney-client agreement is illegal because he can (and probably will) breach the contract, screw up your case, withdraw, and still expect 40% of recovery if you should hire a competent attorney. He will not return the unearned retainer fees.
Kennard has a high staff turnover of paralegals and attorneys. They are incompetent, poor communicators, and will ruin your case. Don't trust those "BIRDEYE" reviews. That site is nothing more than a reputation builder for Kennard designed to sucker you in.
I hired him to represent me in an employment issue. I paid the $15,000.00 in the retainer. He ignored calls, sent out incorrect information to opposing attorneys, and tried to enter into a 'low-ball' settlement without my knowledge. I went through four attorneys and two case managers. After each attorney abruptly left, Kennard would lie and state that he would handle the case himself.
He's too busy conning other new clients trying to get more retainers and fees. Kennard will keep adding fees but will not provide an itemized billing statement. He will threaten to withdraw from your case if you do not pay the fees.
He misses court hearings and has sanctions and attorney fees awarded against his clients and his law firm. He doesn't pay them though. He just passed the cost on to his clients due to his negligence. If Kennard challenges this post I will post the names of the clients along with their case numbers and other evidence
Do not hire this attorney. Trust in a few years he will be disbarred.
***Alfonso Kennard Jr. was found guilty of Driving Under the Influence in Harris County Courts in February 2018 and was released from probation in February 2019 Case #: 215635101010.

1. Re: Fort Bend County Case: no. 17-CCV-059600. Lamar Texas Limited Partnership vs. Kennard Law PC; Lamar Texas Limiter Partners was just awarded a $33,000.00 + 18% interest against Kennard on 17 September 2019. He is appealing. This is just a stall tactic because he is going to LOSE!!
2. Re: Harris County District Court Case: 201910630 The Document Group Inc vs. Kennard Law P.C. The Document Group Inc was awarded a judgment against Kennard Law P.C. plus sanctions on 9 September 2019. He is appealing. This is just a stall tactic because he is going to LOSE!!

4. He has an ongoing case in Harris County against PayPal. PayPal has a lien and will not release funds to Kennard Law P.C. He is going to lose
This fraud should lose his law license and be sent to PRISON.
