Kensington Assistance Agency Struggling mother of two ripped off New York New York
I received a notice in the mail stating that I was identified as a recipient of a government grant based on certain criteria. Since the criterion was simple I figured that I would give it a try. I needed the grant money to fix up my grand father's house (presently being occupied by and my children since he passed on) and catch up on my bills. I planned on sending my children to a fun and exciting summer camp this year.
Against my better judgment, I sent a money order to the Kensington Assistance Agency. When I did not here anything after two months, I gave them a call. I received an error message when I dialed the 1-866-314-3910 number that they list in the mail notification and on the 1-866-314-3912, customer service number.
I work two jobs to support my children and me. To have these people come along and rob me with out a gun is unheard of. This type of thing is what is causing distrust in society. I feel that these people should be made to pay me and all of the other unsuspecting victims back. I am not asking for much or anything extra. I just want my hard earned money back.
