It wasn't just one or two blacks at Wingspan who regarded Kevin Conn as a snake. It was pretty much EVERY SINGLE black employee with the exception of a very few. It was whispered in circles for people to be careful around him. No matter the age or the background around 90% of the blacks there were nervous around him and felt uncomfortable around him. Although I had heard often from others that he was not to ever be trusted I initially liked him. Until I started to watch the way he operated and he really did have two faces.
It was at that point I realized that everyone else was telling the truth about him. He was a dangerous person in my estimation as well as others and someone so driven by their own ambition that they were willing to do whatever, say whatever, hurt and sabotage whomever, to get ahead.

You are the racist one. Stop acting like a poor slave. You have the FREEDOM to quit and find a different place to work. If you only like black people go work for a black owned company. Stop your bitchin' and slandering of other people. Your success lies in YOU doing the SMART and RIGHT things with integrity to get you where you want to be. BE A MAN and stop blaming others for your crappy situation!!!

The things the OP (original poster) said about this Kevin person (who I do NOT know) are very harsh and to me are racist.

I've notified Kevin Conn of this post. It seems that he, and not this consumer, is the victim here.

...they are ashamed of their own race. That is pretty sad. Personally, I am proud of my heritage and where my OWN efforts have gotten me in life. It would be so easy to sit around and play tattered, worn out race cards....but how lame and pathetic is that?!!!
