First of all let me say that out of all the ripoff reports I have seen this particular client does stick to the facts and although he didn't state what reason was for the delay I will say he was truthful in his assertion although the delay was not by any fault of mine and he knows this so I will get straight to the point.
Client's refund is being processed as we speak and although he is not really entitled to one I am giving it anyway in the interest of good business.The delay was caused because client did not have credit builder through dun and bradstreet as required and I stated this in all my advertisements and stated verbally and by email to both the client and referring party at the time we started. As for not responding to his emails that is the only thing that is simply NO TRUE and I can provide proof of this upon request from anyone who wants to view our correspondence.
