After almost two weeks and I don't know how many phone calls to Kia Service of Evergreen and Kia Corp, I received my car and on the Maintenance sheet I showed I declined the maintenance work and needed spark plugs, I asked the Mgr and he couldn't tell me it spark plug had been changed I need to call the next day talked to the Sharon who wrote it up she said no they were not changed and I would have to pay and I told her like I told them from the begging it should be covered under the warranty and Kia Corp also told them, so spoke with John again and he said the problem was taken care of I asked if I could get paper work showing this he tells me no because Its a closed dlr. called and left message at Kia Corp.
