STAY AWAY from King Kong. I was lured in from the moment I signed up for the lead generation ebook that King Kong promotes. I signed up, received the free ebook and thought great. The phone calls then begun! I was hounded by a King Kong sales executive, or as they call themselves, Growth Experts. After several calls, I signed up for a 6 month SEO growth campaign that was supposedly going to flood my inbox with leads. During the campaign, zero leads and phone calls were generated by King Kongs supposed work and the service I received from the King Kong team was appealing. At month 5 I had my seo growth campaign reviewed by an independent third party and I was shocked to learn that minimal/zero work had been performed. Not even basic onsite optimisation. My concerns were raised with the King Kong team, they gave a ridiculous excuse and requested I pay out my contract. Am I the only one who has had a dreadful experience with this company? I started to do some digging. I first looked at their Google map reviews and I noticed that the founder Sabri Suby had left his own company a 5 star review. Is that allowed? Looks like other people had also noticed it. Since then, it looks like Sabri Suby has removed it. I seriously doubt the validity of the other 5 star reviews on their map listing. I investigated to see if other King Kong clients have had a similar experienced to myself, so I Googled King Kong reviews and all I found were movie reviews for the famous action movie. Then I searched King Kong SEO reviews and all I found were websites that King Kong owned or had setup. Do you see a trend here? I took my business to a boutique agency in Mornington. Now my inbox is full with leads and the phone is ringing. I should look on the bright side, due to my appalling experience with King Kong, it encouraged me to get off my butt, research and learn the basics of seo. I will not be fooled again and I suggest you do the same.

I too have experienced no work done by King Kong over the past 5 months of a 12 month campaign. They are still invoicing me close to $10,000 per month including adwords and have not delivered any results. I questioned their performance and I just get told they have worked within the scope in the proposal but can not provide evidence. I now have a legal team and third party provider doing a full audit.
