Kingsport Fence, Junior Baker Scam artist and thief Kingsport Tennessee
Junior Baker of Kingsport Fence Co is a dangerous scam artist who has absolutely no integrity nor any intentions of doing what he is paid to do per his own contracts! I was not surprised today when I googled his Co. name (to see if there were other phone numbers I could try to reach him at) and read these reports about him. I signed a contract with him on 11-21-07 to do a partial fence with gates and was told he would be back within three days to set the posts and then be back to finish the job within AT LEAST 3 days after that assuming the weather held. I was told he needed half the money up front to start and I agreed to pay him that day for exactly half of what the contract stated. After many unanswered calls and lots of great weather, he finally showed up on 12-12-07 (while I was out of town) and set the posts which were not the correct height I had requested. And here I sit today after many more unanswered calls, countless messages and more great weather without a fence. Mr. Baker obviously has no intentions of returning to complete my fence or refund the money he did not spend setting the posts that were incorrect! And, Mr. Baker also uses another very wellknown fence co in this area as a reference (that I did not check) because he had worked for them for many years before starting his won company. Somehow I doubt that this other fence company would employ someone that long with Mr. Baker's lack of skills or work ethic.
