Don’t be the next one to get ripped off! Stay away from this business and tell everyone you know! Read other negative reviews at Better Business Bureau, Angieslist, Citysearch, and Generac dealer reviews. I wish I had! I fell victim to their ongoing scam. They sold me a junk outboard motor implying they were manufacturers authorized servicers, then when a true dealer looked at it, it was found partially disassembled, broken parts, and low engine compression.
They assured us they would stand by their sale and make it right if we brought it back for them to look at. After 2 weeks they claimed nothing was wrong but a couple of bent parts and we could pick it up. We were dubious but went to retrieve our property only to find they had a bill and wanted us to pay even more money to get the still junk motor back! We’re out almost $1,000.00! Don’t be the next victim!
