They have at least 49 complaints listed on ROR. I was contacted by Prepaid Legal while I was looking into work at home opportunities and decided against them based on internet complaint boards. The person who contacted to join was absolutely livid when I told him after researching the company I was not interested. It worked for you this time, I hope you have continued support

Not only does the company repeatedly not pay people their money, they fool people into working there in the first place and rip off the customers. I was never denied my money (thanks to one of the managers who does not work there any longer to my knowledge taking a "personal interest" in me, although he did steal money from me)... however, I responded to their ad and not until the day we were pushed into a van and forced to walk door to door coercing innocent homeowners to let us in did I know exactly what I would be doing. They put ads in the paper such as this "Entry Level COOL BOYS AND GIRLS NEEDED!! We need 18-24 people to work full time in our set-up and display department! No experience required. We train! Full time and permanent position with great opportunity to advance! Applicants must enjoy loud music and working with the opposite sex!! We are hiring for Reynoldsburg, Lancaster, and West Columbus. Set-up and display Customer Service Telemarketing (part time) $400 WK CALL NOW!! 614-322-9210". This attracts a wide variety of people, including those with criminal backgrounds, who they DO hire and they DO allow to go into people's homes to sell the vacuums. And the people who drive all these woeful salespeople around, at least while I was working there, often had several (in one case 9 or 10!) DUI's. It's just not safe. Not only this, but just so customers know, the distributor buys the vaccuums for less than $400 each, selling them to the customer for about $2000. Don't buy these vaccuums and don't work for them, it's just a tragedy waiting to happen.

It is sales, they are doing you a favor by paying you a 400.00 check, when you did not sale a thing. You did not do him a favor by coming to work, and wasting time, in sales you generate money by saleing, and if you don't sale there is know money. You should be greatful that he even thought about given you money anyway. In your dealer packet the distributor only has to pay you 10% of what is owed, if any party terminates there agreement.
