I ordered the trial size 0.5 fl. oz. bottle and also the 1 fl. oz. face cream both for $10.00, and that was all that they was suppose to take out. When I called to find out why was $89.96, withdrawn out of my account.
The agent stated, that it had been 14 days and that he can cancel future payments, but he could not put my refund back on my card.
I told him that it had not been 14 days and he said sorry mam, and I told him that he would hear from me again, meaning that I was not giving up on getting my refund back.
