We have been waiting on plans that were promised in a week for nearly two months. Long periods will go with no responses then he will string you along with anohter story and how he will have them to you in a day or two or by the end of the week. The next deadline comes and goes and you never receive anything from the guy. At points he claims to send you something which you will go looking for but was really never sent. I guess this is just part of his defense once it comes to that time.
Just stay as far away from this guy as you can, you won't get what you paid for if anything at all.
