K.L.N Car & Limo Service are False Advertisers and Thieves Paterson, New Jersey
I called KLN Car & Limo Service for a ride to Newark Airport. I had an advertisement from ValPak that is was $40 from Essex County where I live. I confirmed the price with the woman who took my reservation. When I got to the airport the driver said it was $53, I showed him the advertisement and said I confirmed the price at the time I made the reservation. The driver yelled at me and said I must be crazy if I think there is any ride to Newark Airport for $40. I said, regardless, your advertisement says $40. He said he would not give me my luggage until I agreed to pay the $53.
He was frightening, threatening and rude. They use bait and switch tactics, false advertising, unethical business practices. I hope people see this report and do not make a mistake and use this car service.
$13 does not make or break me but it is just the point that they are totally unethical liars.
