Kmart ripoff refused to refill prescription Lexington South Carolina
Refused to refill my prescription. Tried to tell me I had already gotten all the refills allowed even though I had 4 refills left. Had them pull my report and turns out someone filed my new prescription under an old one and I had used all those refills so they refused to give me the 4 remaining ones. Even acknowledged it was a different medicine but still would not give it to me. Called my doctor and he confirmed that he had only written the new one 3 months before and there was no way I could have used all 7 refills in 3 months.
Am now in the process of transfering all my families medicines to a new pharmacy. This is also not the first time Kmart has screwed up. Twice my husband's meds were filled incorrectly and and my mother's have been too. Please be careful and check all your medications thoroughly before you leave a pharmacy.
