I bought the Kodak ESP3 printer on 12/24/08, at first it worked fine, until a popup asking to download the newest update. The printer did not work properly after that. When you call the tech support, in El Salvador, you get someone that puts you and your computer in a mess, after you install the program several times, and it still doesn't work, they send your call to a supervisor in New York. Now keep in mind that you already have been on the phone for several hours. This supervisor is very concerned about your problems, so he will replace your printer, after you send the old one back, via UPS or you have the option of putting a charge on your card until they receive to broke one. Now once you receive the new (REFURBISHED) printer you should be fine, however, after you re-install the program, numerous times, you come to a conclusion that the new printer dosen't work. You guessed it, you have to call tech support again, they will want to go through the whole process again, just asked to speak to a supervisor. He will work your computer skills, again and you will remove and istall the programs until his convinced that the printer dosen't work, thats why you called in the first place. He will send you a new (Refurbished) printer and you roll the dice, like I did and received another broken printer. because you spent several weeks doing this, your 30 day money back, expires. They will not give your money back, so you will be on the phone with tech support again.
