KRASER advertized a FREE jar of anti-aging cream stating all I needed to do was pay for shipping and handling charges.  Then a screen came up for me to enter my credit card information.  Once I entered my credit card information, then the scam began.  Then they said every month a jar of this anti-aging cream would be sent to me at a ridiculous price (I can't recall now exactly how much the price was) something like $90.00 or $99.00/month that this cream would be billed and shipped to my address until I cancelled.  I just received the cream in the mail and there is no literature with it, no invoice and no information on how to contact Customer Service if I want to cancel.  Intially, when I received the information on the internet that they were going to continue to send a jar per month at the $90 or $99.00 fee, I tried to cancel the transaction but wasn't sure it went through.  they didn't provide an icon to give me this choice once they got my credit card information.  I used my Chase Visa credit card and I was so thankful that Chase sent me a "Fraud Alert" about my Chase Visa credit card and asked me if I recognized placing an order in for anti-aging cream but declined the transaction or if I did not.  Chase had two different places for me to select one of the questions they were asking.  I checked off that I did place the order but then declined the order.  I then received a message from Chase that my Credit Card would not be billed so I thought that indicated that the anti-aging cream would not arrive, but it still did.  I had to Google "KRASA" in order to find their return address so I can send the cream back (which is really annoying me as now I will have to pay shipping charges in order to send their product back to them due to the scam and false advertizing they did on the website saying "free" jar of our Anti-aging cream just pay shipping and handling."

Consumers beware, their offer for a "free" jar of anti-aging cream.   It's not free, don't order it.  This experience has now taught me not to trust any advertisement for any "free" offers even those that are advertized on TV.  I should have not trusted this so-called "free" offer as there was something similar that happened to me when I ordered something that was avertized on TV that also said "free" bottle of CBD oil, just pay for shipping and handling to call their 800 number.  Once I called the 800 number, there was no live person I could speak to, just recordings and it said to enter my credit card number in order for the company to bill me for the shipping and handling.  More than one bottle of CBD oil came to my address and then numerous charges on my credit card with "out of country import" fees also on my credit card.  They had charges on my credit card up to thousands of dollars.  Thank goodness for good banks that issue the credit cards.  I disputed it with the credit card bank and they investigated it and found the company was a fraud and all the charges they put on my credit card I didn't have to pay yet I was able to keep all the bottles of the CDB Oil, however, I don't know what each of the bottles of CBD oil are for.  There were no directions that came with each bottle.  Only one of the 4 bottles said to take it for insomina but there are no directions on how much to take so I'm ready to throw them out in the garbage or try to look them up on-line as I know the reason I ordered the 1st bottle was for Arthritis, but with all they sent me I don't know which of the 4 is for Arthritis and again, no instructions on how to apply it.
