Had a Mark Marion from Kansas Insurance Commission investigate on going corruption of company, when Sandy Praeger left office new Insurance Commission Commission sent email said Mark Marion never existed. Have tons of emails to show this man did. Brownback sent email stating he never met this company then turned around and appointed them his State Safety Council. Company burned books for years was employing illegal aliens for Years and with help provided Illegal ALiens their own FALSE SSN's for years. Used dead Kansans information. Ripped off employees who were not of Mexican decent from State Prevailing Jobs Rates and their Overtime. Chris Kostner once reported to BSNF Railroad Company that K&W Undergrounf was a valid company they ran under fake name at the time and NOT as a branch to their TRUE MISSOURI NAME INSTEAD. VALID Kansas company. Not according to Federal Department. ONLY WAY we found out WHO this company was is because of a Worker's Accident when they FILED for Disability Under Social Security THE REAL NAME appeared through SS Office instead ! TOOK 2 YEARS TO SEE A MEDICAL EXPERT AFTER A WORKER"S ACCIDENT BECAUSE THEY WERE HIDDEN SLOSH FUND FOR KANSAS STATE OFFICIALS WHO PROFITTED OFF FEDERAL HIGHWAY STIMULUS MONIES FOR YEARS! Burnt Books !

During NIGHTMARE WORKMAN COMP CASE MATTER, our family faced, Kansas hid case off State website that lists all Injury accidents involving employers in this State. We had a visit by FBI, Missouri Field Office who told us Drop the Illegal Mexican Issue. Brownback was hiring the same People to work for his office at the time. Illegally fired by Insurance Attorney working for State's piggy bank K&W in Olathe, Kansas, Told illegal and NO Lawyer did anything about either also. Was thrown over a bypass and knocked out on ground for 1/2 hour Olathe Hospital didn't even perform initial cat scan at time of a Head Injury. Went back for copy of Records at Olathe Hospital most records disappered from their records department for the DAY OF INJURY. Saved paperwork for the Real Day it happened. This is a complete joke how a Company ridden with Worker's accidents through out all these Years who hired in past repeat offenders for drunk driving tickets, Child molestation, Numerous drug Offenses, Illegal Aliens and how Rex Schick one of the owners is being called Kansas Safety Committee. WHO THE HELL ARE YOU KIDDING ???? Remember you too can get away with Crimes when your splitting additional pocketed monies into Former Governor Brownback and / or his people up in Topeka !
