Kymco dba Elite Towing is contracted to prowl apartment complexes in the Austin area looking for the slightest violation to rip off people out of their money. This company has been operating illegally without proper DOT certifications and required insurance in the state of Texas. They are committing a felony every time they make a tow. I intend to follow and stay on this company until something is done, including charges filed and fines paid. Beware of this company and the apartment complexes they prowl. I also intend to notify every aprtment complex they operate illegally in and press the point.

Evidentally you know nothing about TDLR, according to their database, their insurance policy was in effect on October 14, 2013, your vehicle was towed on October 19th, 2013. There is a 7 day lag period for TDLR to update their database online. Regardless, Kymco was fully insured when your vehicle was towed. Had you not parked illegally, your vehicle would have not been towed, from a legally posted parking facility. If you have such a problem understanding, I suggest you call TDLR Enforcement at 512-539-5600 so they tell you, that KYMCO has never operated without insurance.
The only person to lie about this issue is YOU.
Furthermore, towing companies in Texas are contracted with parking facilities to enforce the parking regulations that is listed within the Lease at their apartment complexes. Mostly all towing companies take photographs showing the reason the vehicle was towed, just like your vehicle.
Being upset having your vehicle towed is common, but you can rest assured your vehicle was towed in 100% compliance of the Texas Towing Law.

That is an outright lie and you know it. your insurance was only validated this morning clearly after you illegally towed my vehicle. You were clearly out of compliance and when you towed my vehicle on 10/19/2013. Hacing the insurance company lie for you is another felony. Dig that hole, you scammer.

This complaint filed against Elite Towing is bogus period, as they have maintained more insurance, since going into business. As for as DOT certification, in Texas, towing companies and tow truck operators are required to take continuing education hours and be certified by a Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations approved course, something Elite Towing has and is current.
Elite Towing does not hire convicted felons as tow truck operators as all of their competitors do and Elite Towing does bribe property managers with kickbacks as does her competitors.
So, the person filing this complaint evidentally didn't do his homework before filing this bogus complaint against one of the respectable towing companies in Austin, Texas.
