Purchased a pair of chaps. Sent order to wrong address. I received a pair of saddlebags and the person that was supposed to receive the saddlebags received my order. They got the labels backwards when applying to the packaging.  All State Leather is somehow affiliated with LA Biker Depot. Got in touch with them.  Had to chase around for my order.  I finally told them to get the situation taken care of.  They told me to call UPS to tell them myself. I called UPS. They could not take any shipping directives from me and that All State Leather had to contact them. Called them back and told them what UPS told me. They told me that was ridiculous and to call them back to talk with them.  I lost it and told them that this whole thing was their mistake and that they better fix this problem or don't bother getting the item to me and refund me. Days later I received my order but it was too late.  I should have received the chaps long before I needed them as I had planned ahead.  I ended up last-minute shopping in my local area at several stores.  When the order came in, I returned it to LA Biker, where I had actually originally placed my order.  I included a note about everything that happened.  At first they were very apologetic.  Then they would not refund me, even after they received the chaps back.  They gave me store credit instead.  I met the criteria for a refund on the website, too. I had never even opened the package and had returned it as soon as I received it.  At least they did that but I did not need anything at the store and needed the money back to apply toward the chaps I ended up buying.  I emailed, called, etc many times to get them to change it to a refund but I received no response. Worse customer service I've ever seen in my life. Contacted Better Nusiness Bureau. LA Biker Depot did not respond to them.  Finally I ended up buying something just so I wouldn't loose the store credit.  I don't really need the item I bought.  I may try to sell it on EBay so I can try to cut some of my losses. I was treated disrespectfully and was far from being respected as a customer and potential return customer. Aside from placing the order to use my store credit before it disappears, I will never do business with LA Biker Depot or All State Leather. Hopefully I receive my order that was purchased with store credit.  They know I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.  And they know that all they need to do is ignore the Better Business Bureau and they won't be bothered by them.  It was a waste of time to contact them.  We'll see if I get my order.  I'm not holding my breath.
