LA CREME SKIN CARE FALSE ADVERTISING, $4.50 "come on" sample order for skin creme, followed by 87.63 bill ten days later. SAN DIEGO California
La Creme Skin Care (made in Vietnam) advertised a free sample jar for shipping charges of 4.50. It arrived within a week.
Two weeks later, around mid February, another charge appeared on my bank account credit card for 87.63. No other product has been received from this company since the original sample.
The company had not said there would be a further shipment...nor did they mention in future charge.
What can I do to get my money back?
I would like to know how to warn others to avoid this company.
