On 4/18/2014 I ordered the la dermanique anti aging serum free trial, all I was to pay was $4.95 for shipping. I received the product via USPS with only a slip of paper in the box with the product. A customer service number was listed on this piece of paper.
On 5/01/2014 la dermanique charged my card $97.88. I called to complain. I said I ordered the FREE trial and did not authorize additional charges or order additional product. Adrienne, cs representative, said I checked a box acknowledging I was 18 years of age and somewhere in that "check box" I agreed to be charged the full price if I didn't return the product within 14 days.
I insisted that was false advertising. It was advertised as FREE. I have been instructed that the only way for me to get the $97.88 returned to me is to return the product before 5/17/2014 with the RMA number she gave me. I am returning the product. I will update this report if I get my money back or not.

I returned product via usps on May 2nd 2014. I paid for tracking and knew it was received at 7:58 am on May 5th 2014. I did not receive any confirmation of receipt from the company. I then called them and talked to Alex on May 9th 2014. He said it would be refunded within 7-10 days even though he did not see the return. He said he would talk with the shipping department to verify return. Today, I have a credit on my card for the full $97.88. This cost me shipping both ways and a lesson in advertising. Hopefully, there are no other repercussions. Also, I don't know if I used the product long enough but I saw no results.
