LA QUINTA SAN DIEGO NEAR SEA WORLD cockroach infested....NO HOTWATER FOR THREE DAYS! San Diego CA
Worst hotel ever ! three days no hot water and this was over valentines weekend! cockroaches everywhere! there was no management here during all this! on monday when the front desk manager and the district manager showed up .No im sorry No nothing except rudeness and excusses!....when you say anything about the roaches you are met with more rudeness! this hotel should be shut down cleaned up and opened with a new management team. the co workers fight openly in the lobby breakfastroom and anywhere else they feel like it....the district manager ken was shouting cussing and yelling in the front lobby!!!HE does this because in his words the owner "has his back" never ever coming back here!
