LA Weight Loss Center closed and did not give the products that I paid for. Vienna West Virginia
LA Weight Loss pulled out of WV in December 2007. As of August 2008, they still owe several boxes of bars to me. When I signed up, they gave a discount if you bought so many bars. I did but when they closed, they did not have the bars at the center and said they would mail them to me, along with my refund of unused membership. After several months, I did get the refund of unused membership but I still have not received the bars that are owed to me.
I have left several messages (phone and e-mail) and they have not returned any of my messages.
So much for money back guarentee. They do not back up their service!
