Laboratory Collection Services, LLC Troy Kindred Gave him a start up business loan alomost 2 years ago and he has made no attempt to pay it back. I know of others who have been swindled by him under the same pretenses for a lot more money. Off to Santa Barbara, California
Loaned Troy small business loan for start up. He has done nothing to pay it back after two years. Avoids my calls and does not return them. I know of other people he swindled a LOT of money out of....they have resources. I don't. The guy can't be trusted.
