We attempted delivery on the 17th and when we got to the security gate, we were told we did not have the correct address. The recipient was called at the gate and was not home and our driver was not allowed in. Our driver notified us because he couldn't get in, so we contacted the sender Nicole the employee, notifying her that the address was incorrect. Her attitude was snippy. We awaited her call with the new correct address and then we called the recipient to set up a convenient delivery day and time. The recipient said to deliver it between 10 & 12pm the next day and that she would call the gate. We went on the 18th during that agreed time with the correct address expecting to get in at the gate because she said she would call us in, and she did not call us in, and she was not home. The flowers came back to the shop a second time and the original sender "Boss" was notified and was also told the person he had calling our shop was cursing at us. He said "I understand" .We went above and beyond to attept delivery , even during the small window of time and the end result is that the actual sender is getting a store credit less delivery fee. Nicole was very rude and used vulgar language, screaming, and we do not have to tolerate that behavior. We are a top 2000 shop out of 25,000 shops within the Nation's floral industry and have been in business since 1983.
