Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

... READ OR YOU WILL REGRET STEPPING IN THIS BUSINESS ...

... Their legal name is ENTIRELY TIRES INC., WEST PALM BEACH, FL ...

I took my scooter for diagnosing. First they make you to sign blank invoice in advance. They way you trust to hand your credit card to a server in restaurant, you trust these people and fill it and sign too.

Someone named Yunier told me that he "thinks" carburetor is bad or dirty but it has flat-head screws and he cannot open it. He will anyway charge me for tune up but if it does not work, none of his business and next visit you need to pay $65 again.

Lured me that he has best brand new Japanese carburetor for $80 and he guarantees everything.

I knew it is somewhat rip-off but I accepted just to protect my $65 visit fee. He did everything in workshop and took scooter out. It was working well.

Paid $149 and drove it home. Out of curiosity I took seat off at home to see why engine whistles. Discovered not only he forgot to connect air filter hose to carburetor but also carburetor is a rusty old repaired one!! One like mine but in much worse condition than mine which he removed flat head screws and repaired it.

Its tomorrow I went to workshop and even had to call police. He denied everything and literally kicked police and me out of store! [Good Job Lake Worth Police!!]

I disputed charge but Citi Bank Master Card expects me to bring a report from another business that confirms my claim. Obviously I am not going to pay $90 to only other scooter repairer for visit and report while I know they would never engage in troubles like this [I wont do that too!]

Citi Bank Master Card Protection almost failed to help. Now I will sue them in West Palm Beach Small Case Court.

PS. After being ripped off and getting used part and even loosing my almost new carburetor in this business, I learned from others that they are known to treat customers like that.

I know there are not many repairers that touch these Chinese crap scooters but if you still think you have to go Lake Worth Scooters, think twice and if it really worth dealing with people who take your good parts for free, and sell you a rusty old repaired one for 8 times more price [if it worth anything though].

They do not give a S* to customer but money. he even did not take his time to put air filter hose back in place. He put lots of extra oil in engine which was pain to take out and replaced my almost new Japanese NGK spark plug without my permission with a crappy fake one.

I WILL COME BACK HERE TO WRITE WHAT HAPPENED AFTER SUING THEM.

STILL YOU WANT TO GO THERE???

1- Do not sign invoice or any form before getting your scooter repaired. F* the trust relation among people. It does not work in this business.

2- Stand in front of workshop and observe what they are doing.

3- Check parts price and if you buy from them, make sure to see they are new out of box.

4- OR BETTER LEARN TO REPAIR YOURSELF.
