The Lakeside Collection ripoff Cancelled order without notification Very poor business practice! Northbrook Illinois
I had ordered 11 Wooden Poem Frames for my family members for Christmas. These frames were called "Remember Me". It was a nice poem for a loved one who has passed away and you could put their picture in it.
I ordered the frames on 12/4/03 and kept checking the order status and it hadn't been shipped yet. Well, today I checked my order and it said that there was no description of my order, so I called customer service and found out that they had discontinued the frames and they cancelled my order.
I received no e-mail notification of this cancellation! These were Christmas presents and we are a week away from Christmas and I am being told that the Christmas presents I had for my family have been cancelled and no one notified me!? Very poor business practice! I am FURIOUS!
