Hey Bloomington. I have been thinking about going to work for landair for quite awhile and still am. I notice that landair only has one report on them here period. That suggests to me they are probly a good cmpany. #2) After reading your report, i notice you didnt put any detailed information whatsoever in it on what your situation was or what Landair done to you that others might consider underhanded or decietful. So, what am i to think after reading your report? Well, truthfully, after reading your report, i still think landair maintains its good name as a reputable company and a company owner ops can count on to do right by them and if that can be said, you know drivers will do right by landair through thick or thin because its one of the biggest OO/company teams out there. As a landair OO, i would value that relationship and protect it wholely cause thats the mindset needed to stay on top. Now if Landair encountered some bad upper mgmt who no longer has the drivers best interest at heart as well as the company as a whole and is resorting to underhanded and decietful buisness practices that mirror those of other gutterscum companys out there, then we have a serious problem and we need to know your details to address them. Otherewise, it only stands to get uglier for drivers and the company as a whole befor it ever gets better, if, it gets better. Remember, a company divided against itself cannot stand just like our country. Hellooo. Hope everybody got that. Stand together boys and hold your heads proud and keep that company great!!! And if its not right now-: Swallow your pride and fix it! Know what i see happening out here? They try to get rich fast and fold in the process. Its like make alot of money fast for a short time instead of make a fair amount of money for a long time by maintaining your numbers and at the same time bettering them while growing them steady and consistant so that all drivers become thoroughly informed and up to date on all changes with the company and the customers and maintaining a well established working relationship with those customers. Hope all is well with landair. Hate to see another trusted name go corrupt and stoop to gutter tactics. But i think they are better than that.. If you take the time to punch in a report people, put in detailed info or you pretty much waisted your time here..............Billy
