Lannan Chevrolet ripoff, bad estimates, I was over charged for sure. Woburn Massachusetts
Lannan Chevrolet had billed me $394.39 total repair costs for my vehicle (98 Chevy Cavalier)
For spark plugs 174.95 including parts and labor.
Labor $138.00, and parts $36.95.
They charged me for new spark plugs even after they said they just cleaned the old ones and put them back in afterwards. And they also offered me a tune-up which I didn't need, so I took it, and costed me another $138.00. I was over charged for sure.
Plus they also had never given me a written estimate, and gave me a bad verbal estimate. The law requires writen estimates before work over $100.00 is carried out.

I own a 97 cavalier. I know you don't want to here this, but spark plugs for our cars don't cost more than $5 a piece. A tune up is a snazzy word to confuse the consumer. It consists of an oil change, topping off of fluids, and changing spark plugs. In no way it should have cost you that much. sorry.
