I'm a single mother of 6. They used a classic bait and switch on me when I came in after a collision totaled my previous vehicle. They called me after 6 days, demanded more money down, which they knew I didnt have and said I needed to bring the car back. I bring the car back, and Alfie Safa in finance publically humiliated me and refused to give me my down payment back. He laughed in my face and denied ever speaking to me regarding the additional down. I have phone records directly to his cell to prove I spoke to him. I have never been treated so badly in my life. He even had my children crying because they saw how badly he upset me!

Well, it's February of 2013 and the Larry H Miller Group has still not made another dime from selling a vehicle to me or anyone that I know. Life is good.

Not only is the Larry H Miller group extremely corrupt, I believe they would have their own mothers bend over and grab their ankles. These scum sucking, low life, lame excuse for human beings are very comfortable screwing clients on a daily basis and going home and sleeping like babies at night.
I used to work as a service advisor for Tim Dahle Infiniti in Murray, Utah. I can tell you that that 100 point inspection they tell you about usually accomplishes nothing. The used car manager (Roger Reier) was probably one of the most underhanded people I ever met right after the service manager.
Whenever I brought the repair order for a vehicle that was traded-in, He would do as little as possible to the vehicle before selling it. He knew that once the client purchased the vehicle they would be stuck with it and the service department would be stuck with the angry client. Whenever a dealership tells you that they checked the vehicle thoroughly, do not believe it. I have seen what these dealerships don't do before selling the vehicle to the consumer. Do your research before buying from any dealership and don't purchase anything without first seeing the report from the technician on the used car check out. If you have to, have a different technician not working with the dealer check it out. If the dealer opposes to this, do not under any circumstances purchase the vehicle.
Karl Malone Toyota stuck it to me with a 2008 Toyota Prius and they didn't even kiss me first. When I told them that they had not even change the transmission fluid during the inspection or replace a bad strut in the right front of the vehicle they apologized, as if that makes it all better and excuses their ineptitude.
I believe that it is time for people to fight back against these corrupt dealerships. We should all unite and form an advocacy group that will help take down these low lifes and let them know that we will not stand for it. Don't get me wrong, I am all for people having their own businesses and making money. But when making that money involves trampling over and innocent consumer I will not stand for that.
I am currently working on a sign I am placing on my Prius which will read: I bought this POS at Karl Malone Toyota and I am going to sit across the road from their dealership and talk to anyone who is willing to listen before they make the same fatal mistake I made--I put my trust where I should not have. Good luck to you, I hope you get your money back.
Sincerely,
Sam Z.

Well, it's January 2011 and I still will never buy a car from the Larry H. Miller Group. And, I'm always willing to share my story of how LHM uses the "Bend Over and Grab Your Ankles" sales techniques. I have heard that it cost many more dollars to get a new customer verses taking care of your current customer and enjoying repeat business. LHM still hasn't figured it out. We have purchased 4 cars and a truck since our experience with LHM and I am glad that they have not made a penny from the transactions.
