This ten year old complaint is totally unwarranted and libelous--but this complaint appears every time someone looks me up. You may note this is an anonymous complaint with no company identification and a false origination city. It is also the only complaint on this board about our company. No money ever changed hands, so getting ripped off is entirely false. To be clear: No payment was ever made. No invoice was ever generated. No proposal was ever sent. "Giovanni" contacted us . (It's not even his real first name but we'll keep that private for his health reasons noted below). We attempted to work with "Giovanni" through several phone calls and email exchanges. He had contacted us to start an IRS Tax Relief company during a tough time in his life. He became irrational and abusive ranging from 3am email harangues to giant mood swings during 5 minute phone calls. We asked that he not contact us again when it became clear to me he was using. We are not just a card table in a backroom. Since 2008, Last Second Media Inc has generated over 10,000,000 sales phone calls in the fields of MassTorts, Mortgage, Insurance, VA Benefits Denial, Personal Injury, Satellite, Auto Warranty, IRS Tax and 15 financial products. We handled the entire pay-for-performance TV marketing of ITT Technical Institute for over 7 years generating 12% of their total enrollment. We have attracted $2 billion in home value for our reverse mortgage clients. We helped bring over 200,000 new patients to Diabetes Care Club as well as early development of CPAPCareClub. Today we launched EarlyPlay, an ICO agency helping bring blockchain technologies to emerging companies and help raise interest in scarce tokens. We have achieved our promise to provide multi-million dollar gains for our clients for over 15 years and the 25 years I have been in direct response advertising. We are not the biggest agency in the world, and much of what we do doesn't require full time staff anymore. We are, in the main, virtual like so many others.
