This seller could not provide me with a SHRED of proof that she had sent anything to me. I asked her for receipts, copies of Customs Forms, anything at all and she could not show ANY proof. As soon as the negatives started rolling in, she made up a new ID. and started selling on her new site. (Actually she probably had her new site up already) LaughingLola (the site I had bought from) was suspended shortly after that. Lucky for her, as you all know, buyers can no longer leave feedback (NEGATIVES) for sellers once they have been suspended. Obviously this is what sent off the alarm bells for me, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt for over a month. If this "seller" had done what she should have and refunded me in full, INCLUDING THE SHIPPING CHARGES, for the orders that I had never received I obviously would not be wasting my time letting people know about her and her "selling practices". Why I wonder, does she choose to make her feedback private, why does Ebay keep suspending her if she is such an honest seller, why did she get so many negatives (the majority not heard) if she is an "HONEST EBAY SELLER"?????? It's really too bad this seller turned out to be like this because she did have alot of cute clothes and yes I would've been a repeat shopper, IF I HAD RECEIVED MY ITEMS!! This is an example of what greed will do to people, it obviously does not get them very far in the long run though..... The sellers out there who ARE honest and not DELUSIONAL, DO NOT have to keep inventing multiple User Id's, they DO NOT have to keep changing their email addresses so that they can register with Ebay and they do not have the high amount of negatives (the majority not heard)that this seller has received AND they do not have to make their feedback private. Why would Ebay go to the trouble of suspending a seller time after time if they had so many HAPPY customers and had not scammed anyone? Rebecca if you are so truthful and have nothing to hide, show everyone your feedback on your User Id's ExtremeCouture and LaughingLola so that everyone can read it. Let's see what the buyers who left you negatives had to say. Or are we all lying???

This woman is a complete nut case. She won several of my auctions and she lives in Canada. I live in USA. As everyone knows, there is no delivery confirmation or signature confirmation that can be used to track an order to Canada via the USPS postal system which is what I use. I mailed her orders and she claimed she never received a single one! I could not verify the fact that she did not receive her orders so I had no choice but to refund her money to her. I refunded her money and then this scam artist went to paypal and tried to claim that I had never refunded her money! Fortunately, I refunded her money via paypal so I was able to prove that I had already sent her money. Anyway, I am out the items and the money. She is sitting pretty with both! The reason i have been suspended from ebay has nothing to do with my sellers account thank you. I may have 70 negatives, but she forgets to mention that I have over 3000 positives! If my main goal was to rip people off I would not have so many loyal customers. Also, why would I try to rip off someone with a big order and who could have been a repeat buyer??? It makes no sense! My main point of this is that even if she is telling the truth and never received the items she forgets to tell the part of a complete refund. She did not get scammed or ripped off. She did not lose a single dime! I even refunded the shipping I paid! So, Cheryl if you are going to tell a story make sure you make it truthful.
