Paid for a service for which I did not receive. On March 23, 2016 I contacted Lava Leads to purchase leads for my Insurance Business. I spoke to Cary Gottlieb about their lead services. He explained to me that the cost was $800 for 200 leads which would be provided through their Press 1 campaign service. I thought that was a little high, so Cary said we could do a trial at half the cost. $400 for only $100 leads. I decided to look around and I told Cary that I had found some bad reviews about the company and Cary mentioned that was a couple of years ago and the problem with the dialer had been solved. I trusted him, so cary sent me over the contract on March 24 for me to sign. He said it would take a couple of days to get set up and I was okay with that.

On March 25,2016 I received link to login with user name and password. There was problems with the system the first day as the system was not dialing out. I contacted Cary and he said he would get back to me. He got back to me and the system was not up and working until March 26, 2016. The system work of and on for about 2 weeks, There were times when the system was done for days at a time. On April 6, 2016 I contacted Paypal, because I didn't fill comfortable doing this transaction in the first place and I filed a claim. Paypal said that they would contact Lava Leads and let them know about the claim. The claim normally takes a couple of weeks be they will refund. Cary and I had spoken a couple of times, and Cary reassured me the system was up and working now and that I could try it for a day just to make sure. On April 19, 2016 I dropped the claim with Paypal because i need the leads to continue to run my business. The system continued to work off and on for another couple of weeks.

Finally on June 14, 2016 I told Cary I had enough and I wanted a refund. He told he understood and that there would be no argument because of the problems I had with their system. Between March 23 and June !9, Cary I exchanged over 65 emails in this matter, not to mention the countless phone calls. It is now July 17, 2016 and still no refund. He won't return phone calls or emails at this point. I have nothing left to do but file a complaint.

I guess I should have read the fine print on this site before I posted. Not more than 24 hours after my post, Lava Leads and myself came to an agreement. Unfortunately this site will not let me take down this post, and Cary's name was not supposed to be in the headline, but Cary took care of everything and I am now a satisfied customer.
