Their ad came up with a Dr. Oz endorcement. I clicked on it and they offered two anti ageing lotions mixed together to acheive what Dr. Oz said was incredible results. It said try it free for only $4.95 shipping for each bottle. I went to leave the page when it flashed on a off er of 100% off the $4.95 shipping.

There math skills are as bad as their customer service skills for after 100% off I could get it now for $1.98 shipping for each. It said try it for 14 days and if not satisfied they will return your money.I ordered both on July 25 but it charged me $4.95 not $1.98 like it had said.

On Aug 2 I called to cancel any future shipments. They asked why and I told them even though it hadnt been 14 days I didnt see any diffwerence and I didnt want to forget and get trapped in any bulls****. I had asked three times to cancel and she agreed that 14 days wasnt enough time and told me if i canceled now I would have to return the product but she could give me another 14 days and then I could cancel without returning product.

I agreed and then called on the 10th to cancel. The guy I talked to then told me I had not called before I had gone over my trial period and i wasnt suppose to open the product! I told him I did call, I was not over my trial period and how are you suppose to try a product if you're not suppose to open it!

He informed me they had taken $89.75 out of my account on the 6th and even though I had opened and used the product I could send it back to them and they would refund my $89.75. I wasnt happy with this result so I called back on the morning of the 11th and asked to talk to a supervisor.

Before calling I went back on line to re-read their ad and see ifthere was any mention of not opening the product. I clicked on Dr. Oz again and there were two totally different products being offered that had all the same claims and promises! What do you bet that these products also come from Lavish Skin, Avoir, or someone else with the same 3760 W. Mcfadden address as the other.

I explained to this idiot about the shipping scam, the Dr. Oz scam, the fact I called on the 2nd to cancel and what I was told and I wanted my $89.75 plus the $9.90 I paid for shipping and handling. She said they had no record of me calling on the 2nd, I could keep the product and that was all she could do. After a long tiresome battle to get her to see what was going on here I asked to talk to her boss or be given another number of anyone above her. She refused.

She pretty much called me a liar and refused to give me my money back. This company is a fraud and they are running a huge scam. I want to get the word out to not do any business with this company and for someone to get the money back that they owe all of the people they entrapped.
