LBK Management Lease Problem at Rancho Hills, Vista California. Liars
I signed a six month lease with LBK at Rancho Hills Apts. in Vista Ca. When the lease ended I vacated the Apartment turned in my keys and assumed everything was over. Three weeks later I recieved a totally bogus letter saying my lease did not expire until August of 2002, even though I have a copy signed saying it ended in January 2002 and the manager said I did not vacate until the sixth of the month when the apartment was empty as of the 31st of January. They claim I broke my lease and left the apartment a mess for which I am supposed to pay an additional $160 on top of a months rent. I left that apartment nicer than when I moved in four years earlier. I can not believe they are trying this. Don't rent from these guys.
