LDJ Inc ripoff Took last paycheck and sent me a dollar! Allentown Pennsylvania
My husband worked for LDJ inc and we have been paying almost five hundred dollars a month for health benefits and when I confronted him (ldj) he said he was paying 50% of it ,so that would mean that our health insurance was over 1000.00 a month.
When there was a discrepancy in my husbands pay checks on whether he was being paid 31 cent a mile or what,LDJ had no comment.
I could never figure out the right amount of pay ,they never wrote the mialage on his checks nor how many cents.
Then when it came down to my husband quitting,I called him after the fact and asked Ldj if he was mailing my husbands last pay stub he said he isnt getting one ,that we owe him,I said ok I want a printed check stub.
I finally recieved something and it was a hand written letter and a $1.00 personal check.I also seen on the paper that he screwed us and gave us 14 cents a mile for the last check.
