I subscribed to a $59.94, 6-month LDS Singles account. Within 10 minutes, they charged my card/bank three separate charges totaling $179.82. I immediately contacted letting them know of the error, and requesting a full refund. They wrote back letting me know they would credit my account within 24 hours. Two days later, I received an email stating the funds of $119.88 would be credited to my account within 10 business days. I emailed back stating I would like a full refund, as due to the billing error, I did not trust their company (obviously!). They wrote back that there were NO REFUNDS, ever, and they wouldn't refund me. I've canceled my account. I wanted to write this to let other consumers know of these practices, in hopes that you don't go through what I went through. This company needs to change its billing practices and be held accountable for their errors. **Disappointed with a pit in my stomach**
