I ordered Lean Life PM Sample on December 7, 2005.

I got this sample on December 19, 2005 (as Lean Life PM WEB site indicates I should to have a trail for 14 days).

When I tried this product for 2 days I had a worst reaction on that: My blood pressure was so high as 160/95 and my face became red.

I immediately made an appointment to doctor and she prohibit me to use this pills and any other natural herb products. I sent e-mail to Costumer Service of Lean Life PM to cancel my membership according my medical condition on December 21 about 8:00 am (In that time they did not provide phone # on their WEB site, only e-mail address). I got auto-reply message: Thank you for contacting us! on December 21 at 8:15 am. I was sure that they cancel my membership. On January 3, 2006 I got a box from Lean Life PM.

I called to company and explained everything to the representative; she told that Lean Life PM will return money back on my credit card when they will get the product back. I sent this box back to Lean Life PM on January 7, 2006 and USPS confirmed that Lean Life PM got it on January 10. I called to Lean Life PM January 15, 2006 and they confirmed again that they will return money on February 13, 2006, but they did not return till today.

Looks like I canceled my membership in time. I did not authorize to use my credit card. I returned this product back. I have a medical condition which does not allow me to use anything from their products. I called to my credit card and asked to dispute $99.90 from my account because I never authorized it. I enclosed Lean Life PM Email confirmation that they got my cancellation on December 21, 2006 and USPS confirmation that they got product back on January 2006, but credit card refused to dispute this amount and redirected my back to Lean Life PM.

They told that Lean Life PM gave me a credit and they cannot return my money back.What I should to do?
