Leanlookrx ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing rude Ontario California
I was trying to win a washer and dryer online. It said I needed to buy two things from this list of multiple sites. One of the sites was leanlookrx and 3.95 was the cost it stated. Nothing else. When I received the first bottle I immediately called the company and was unable to speak with a person for several days. The mail box was full.
When I finally was able to speak with a customer service rep I canceled my subscription. So I thought. The following week $106.90 was charged to my credit card. I tried for days again to get a hold of someone and of coarse mailbox was full.
When I got through the customer service rep explained to me that I needed to send back the merchandise unopened and upon receipt of the merchandise it would then take 24-48 hours for a reimbursement. So I did what I was instructed paying the post office another $1.98 for postage and shipped back the product.
I called back and oddly the same customer service rep that I had spoken to all three times I previously called explained to me that she canceled my membership but my card would still be charged. She denied everything she previously told me. I told her that I was unaware of the charges as it did not state it on the initial site I orginally went to to win a washer and dryer.If I would have known this or read this I would have never signed up.
