Complaint Review: Leave The Mess To The Best - Indianapolis Indiana

Hello to all! Thanks for those of you that have taken your valuable time and posted such wonderful comments about my company. I am responding to Ms. Gloria D.'s review in which she posted a address which I would like to correct. To all of our customers, we are located in the Beech Grove area and we do not have anyone at our company that uses the address that Ms. D posted. I am not sure why that is showing up, but that is not our address. My personal address is also in Beech Grove, so I am not sure how you have a address for Raceway Rd. That is pretty far from where we are located. I would also like to confirm what our last review from Mrs. Ann said. All of our customers are fully aware that when they schedule the first clean with my company, I am arrive at their home or business as well as the crew. This is to discuss the paperwork and provide them with what I consider the ability to know they can not only trust our company, but also trust me. I sign all documents and receipts, so Ms. D, your fake complaint as Ms. N was very amusing. All of my customers have met me. NO EXCEPTIONS! I am very actively involved in my company. I have several young ladies who take calls in our office as well as one gentleman who helps out as well. Believe you me, it is not possible to run a company of our stature as a 'one man band'. Another thing that blows me away is the fact you even contradicted yourself in the phone call you had with my manager yesterday which was recorded. I would be more than happy to replay it for you. At one point you say 'I haven't even been on craigslist today' then you later say, 'I actually posted my ad on top of hers because she was pissing me off'. You then go on and even repeat word for word an entire sentence that NDavis317 supposily said, of which you had no idea about because you had said just a few minutes before you had not been on craigslist at all. Basically, you expect us to admit to a report that was made against your company of which we had nothing to do with. Your wanna be investigations into 'who" made the report has caused you to act irrationally and without using good judgement. Every time my company is questioned about these reviews, we will provide a website link to the audio phone call between you and my office yesterday which will be posted and active tomorrow morning (site undisclosed). We will provide IP address evidence that we have gathered proving you were behind the reviews. We refuse to subject our professional and mature attitudes to your immature actions. We do not desire to defame your company or post ridiculous complaints. Obviously you need to understand that we are your competitor. I know that given your actions, and the evidence I have seen, you obviously do not like the fact that there is somebody out here that is a challenge. I know that many competitors are vengeful, you are showing that to everybody. However it does not make the problem any better by trying to get back at you. We are of christian belief and we donate to many local area churches, food banks, etc. Those who know us know the truth. We will not wast our time making reviews on your company. You are not worth our time, and I believe by making this decision, we have shown the public who the real villian is. I wish you good luck and hope your attitude about your competiton changes for the sake of your business. Also, if you should decide to make up more lies about us, make sure youu get the information right, or at least somewhat believeable. All of my customers were provided links to the stuff you wrote and sent the phone calls via email. Several called our office and had a laugh. Bye.
