Le'beau Floor Coverings (lee Gilbert Jr.-owner) ripoff liars victimized us Parkville Maryland
Le'beau floorings installed a flagstone patio which cost me $5,000. The patio was to be coated with a clear polyurethane sealant.
Instead of a clear sealant a milky white coating was applied. In an attempt to remove the white coating using powerwashing, the flagstones were severely damaged and the flagstone is still white
The owner of Le'beau Lee Gilbert Jr. agreed to replace the patio at his expense, however, he has not made any attempt to rectify the situation.
Maryland Home Improvement Corporation (MHIC) can not help me because damages incidental to work performed does not fall under the purview of their laws. Mr Gilbert's insurance also claims that damages incidental to work is not covered under his insurance policy.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! damages that may occur to your property will not be covered under MHIC laws or the owner's insurance company.
Also, be aware that eventhough it is a legitimate complaint, MHIC does not keep files on complaints such as mine because it does not fall under the purview of their laws.
