Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Legacy Engineering Group takes money and never mails you a product.  To date, I have been waiting 2 months for my product.  The company insists it mailed my item to me over three weeks ago.

Normally, I would believe them, but there are several forum threads out there with people going through the same ordeal with them right now (I found them after I ordered, unfortunately).

This company makes big promises and will even give you fake USPS tracking numbers (it's happened to a couple of us), and will even respond to your emails to make it seem as though they are trying to help you.  But, in the end, all that happens is that you are out of your money and they never send you the classic gaming item that you ordered (in my case, it was an Atari USB joystick).

Stay away from the guy running the company and don't order from him.

I also am waiting since mid Dec to get what I ordered.  Some e-mail about a theft of a shipment.  None of that is my problem-ship the product.  I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered and paid with my credit card. I will need to do a charge back if not received by 1/31.  I think it pretty unprofessional to send a e-mail about a mailbag theft and that even if this is true (sounds fishy)  I could care less.  Just send another one.  If these are popular items I should build and sell.  With better customer service I will run circles around this company.  A mail bag stolen give me a break and tell someone who cares.

While it's true I did *eventually* get what I ordered, it took a very long time.  You are told your item will be shipped within five business days, but it took me over two months to get mine.  The USPS numbers given didn't show any activity until the day before I received what I ordered (which means that the e-mails sent to me telling me my product had shipped were completely fabricated...they didn't ship for almost another two months).

I would think maybe the post office screwed things up if only I hadn't been in contact with a bunch of other people going through similar circumstances at the same time.  If the intent of the seller is that he waits until he has enough orders to mail them out, he should state so on the webpage, which will reduce the number of angry people who post against him.

So, yes, I received what I ordered, but it was not delivered in a timely manner, and it required me to write the person at the company more than a dozen times.  This is not the way to run a business.  Those are the facts.  If you promise certain things to the consumer, you should live up to those promises.  Anyone who does business with you should know what they're in for.

Interesting how this site allows someone to anonymously to just post anything about a company.
