This car lot is the most ignorant, racist, insensitive that I have ever seen. They are not into selling cars but more of reposessing them.I purchased a vehicle from them in May and was gong through a little hard time in Sept due to me having to move in my apartment since I had just moved to this state and my car not was due biweekly on a Monday.I was late and was going to pay it on that Thurs when I got paid but to my surprise I walk out of my job and my car is gone! They reposessed it an when I called to find out about the cost and fees I got cursed out by David Hill and also went up there to discuss how I could get the car back and was treated like a dog by Larry Phillips.

While I was up at the lot Larry was also cursing another customer out who simply wanted to get her car fixed and he flat out told her NO,eventhought they tell you when you purchase the vehicle it is covered bumper to bumper the whole time you are apying on the car she had taken to too long to bring it up there> I had never heard of such a thing! The car I got from them was over priced!! It was a 2003 Nissan Altima that had a bad oil leak and priced at 450.00 a month.

The old lady that is supposed to be the  sec was discussing what was going on in the office over the phone with someone which is entirely unprofessional. The whole staff is full of it and I wish I had known that before I spent my money with them.I was referred to them by Preston Seaton, so Thanks to him for NOTHING! I see that BBB has a lot of complaints on Legacy Motors as well so hopefully they will be shut down and get what they deserve!

Can't be shut down for rudeness

Your report supports your claim that they were rude but it does not support your claim of a rip-off or racism. You missed a payment so the repossession was not a rip-off and unless you read the other customer’s written agreement you cannot speculate as to the terms of their written warranty.

Merchants have the right to sell their merchandise at any price they want. It is the responsibility of the consumer to determine how much they are willing to pay for that merchandise. Your vehicle may have been overpriced but that does not constitute a rip-off unless the dealer is charging you more than the agreed upon price.

You have not provided any reason for the auto dealer to be shut down. The BBB is a private organization and does not have the authority to shut down any business.
