Legal Works Trevor Goble ! Is he a paralegal or lawyer that pretends to be one? Threatens people when they come to his office, Ottawa, Ontario
This guy is something else.
Gives the impression he might be a lawyer or paralegal, then gets you to trust him, then issues bad checks to you and other companies; In my case and others I spoke to, he issued me a check and asked me to cash it at my bank, but told me to keep some for myself as a bonus.Then when it bounced I was responsible.
I KNOW. I got one, and was stuck with the aftermath.
Look into this guy BEFORE you get a check or go into business with this guy.
Don't talk to him the wrong way , he might beat you up, I have seen his temper first hand!

First of all, after a FULL personal investigation, it was my accountant who screwed up and my wife who brought it too my attention regarding this bounced check; so my first course of action here is to formally apologize in writing and in person to Mr. Goble, his family, and to his other company, in which I discovered again through my wife is doing great things in the community.
As far as claiming to be a legal representative, NO, again, I took that out of context and agin apologize, I discovered his past company referred people to registered and qualified lawyers and paralegals and his company ONLY arranged and helped with administration only.
My last comment, is yes we ALL have tempers, and once again it was my wife who pointed out in this case that maybe we were both hot headed that day.

Firstly the author of this report is clear at an address that does not exist. So that would firstly have to be brought into question. Secondly the article makes no sense. The author is claiming that someone advised him to take a cheque, cash it, give them back the money but keep a little for themselves.
Does this make any sense? Do I argue with people sure I do, do I threaten people not physically but with legal action. The author of this report and while I can not be certain with a degree of absolute certainty was in fact a former employee who defrauded the company for which his 2nd pay cheque was in fact stopped.
When people write an article or complaint they hope the facts would be ignored. Such as the address of the report claiming they are from the united states...so if a person feels obligated to conceal their identity and even the city where they live...one has to question "what do you have to hide".
