Legion Global Motorsports 6 YEAR OLDS ONLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT IS A RIPOFF! RAN TWICE FOR 5 MINUTES EACH - THAN QUIT & WON'T RESTART! New Lenox Illinois
I bought the 50 cc pocket ATV for my 6 year old at the end of November for Christmas. As a single mother of two boys, $364 was a lot of money and I had to explain to him that Santa and I had to get together to buy it, and it was still more than I could really afford. But it was the ONLY thing he asked for.
First it arrived a week later than promised. It says on line the weight is 189.5 lbs. - it sure doesn't weigh that and I doubt it would hold that. The website also says it will go up to 33 mph, my 6 year old never could it above 15, it wouldn't go over that.
The pull start is not simple, I weigh 120 lbs, and I can start my power washer which has a pull start but this pull start is incredibly hard to pull start. The 2 times we actually got the thing started it ran for maybe 10 minutes each time before dying. The last time the engine completely locked up and the tires wouldn't even turn which made pushing it all the way back to our house very difficult.
We followed the instruction manual word for word putting it together and mixing the oil and petrol and all the other things before first letting him ride it so it is not our error. It is just a piece of junk in my opinion. I've called them twice, no one returned my message the first time so I called back and got someone, who was not helpful and rude. He told me to email the parts department who comes in at noon! Two emails and no response. Then I found this website, and after reading all these complaints I seriously doubt I am going to get anywhere either.

Please call us for any questions that you may have. We have had customers come to our warehouse and pick them up. Now what does that tell you?? These units are not pieces of JUNK and that is why we have a 6 month warranty on all of our units! How could you even stay in business if you backed them for that long and they were JUNK. There is NO WAY that we would even sell these units. Please contact us at any time since we are open 70 hours a week. We would love to hear from you. Please dont go behind our back, come to us if you need to speak to us about something. Talking on here is going to get you nowhere talking to us will get your situation RESOLVED! Thanks, Joe
