I just want everyone to call the Illinois Attorney General's office at 312-814-3000 to get a form to fill out about legion global,or go to www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov and fill out the form.I called before I mailed it and was told not to send it to the address on the letter head which is Springfield,Il.but mail it to the main office in Chicago.I was told they had alot of complaints against legion global and they were investigating them.So I hope everyone that's been cheated by them reads this and files a complaint. They need to be put out of business for good, but I'm old enough to know that won't happen, they'll just start a new business in another location. When you look at their ad on the internet they look like a good company to do business with, but it's too late after you place that order, because as you all know by now they're a bunch of thieves.I can't be 100% positive but I think from all I've found out, they are running all the different legion global's out of the owner's garage at his home on Farm View Rd.near the Howell/New Lenox Airport. And our "beloved" Jay or Jason is the general manager of legion global as he states on his web site,he's 24 and makes $45,000 to $60,000 a year.

Who cares if you have a warehouse?

That doesn't mean you have a legitimate and honest business. It seems to me, with as many complaints as your company has against it here and in other places on the web, it is very unlikely all of these folks are lying. What reason would ANY of these people have to make false statements against your company? They have nothing to gain from that kind of behavior. I have done research with the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General and the complaints against your company are stacking up. If you were a legitimate and honest business, you would want ALL of your customers to be happy. If your business was thriving as you claim it to be, helping these folks get what they ordered or even refunding their money would not be a problem. The reason you have that silly disclaimer on your website is because you KNOW the product you are selling is of inferior quality and you just wouldn't be making any money because you'd be CONSTANTLY replacing broken equipment and issuing refunds.

Regarding your issues. First of all, we do not run our business out of a garage! We have a warehouse in which the address is directly stated on our website. Secondly, you dont even have a complaint here other than complaining about nothing! We have never RIPPED ANYONE OFF and NEVER WILL! You must remember that there is a disclaimer on our website, and it must be followed the same way for each customer, just like Best Buy, or Toys R Us. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us seven days a week! P.S. We do not appreciate the negative feedback due to the fact that this complaint is NOT LEGIT! Also: For those of you out there that are looking at this to inquire about purchasing, just remember that ANYONE can post anything negative on the internet, even if it is not true! Thanks, Legion Global
