I ordered a 125cc dirt bike as a Christmas present for my grandson. I ordered over the telephone because their website would not accept online orders. I told the salesperson the specific item I wanted to order based on the product information I printed from their web site. He said he would email me an invoice. I never received an invoice. A little later I found out that they had charged me more for the dirt bike than it was listed for.

I called them back to ask what the extra charges were for and I was told it was for taxes. They are very short on the phone and are very unwilling to help. They told me when they were planning to ship the dirt bike and that they would call me back with a tracking number and to let me know when it should arrive. They never called me back. The only call I received was from the truck driver telling me he was about to deliver the dirt bike. When the delivery truck got here, the driver noticed that it was a 4-wheeler and not a dirt bike. The driver said if that was not what we ordered, not to accept it, so we didn't and it was sent back to Legion Global.

I figured the company would call me back regarding the returned item but they did not. I ended up calling them back and they appeared to be ignorant about the whole incident. They wanted a tracking number from me. I never received the original tracking number from them and because I did not accept the shipment when it was delivered, I didn't have a number from that either. They spent 8 days doing nothing. I called them back again and they acted like they had no idea of what I was talking about.

They always say they will call you back and they never do. They will not refund my money. They will not ship me what I actually ordered unless I pay them $260 more dollars for shipping. They hang up on me when I call. They tell me I am the one who ordered the wrong thing. They told me I am the most aggravating person they have talked to. They have told me that they don't make mistakes and that I am the one who messed up. I just want what I ordered so that my grandson will have his Christmas gift and they are trying to take advantage of me because I am elderly and from another state. Don't order from this company unless you want to lose your money. I lost $1025 and they're laughing about it.

Your little made-up reciept says I ordered a blue 125 cc atv, but I happened to record some of my conversations with legion global. Over the phone I was told numerous times I ordered a 150 cc atv. Funny thing is, I ordered a 125 cc DIRTBIKE. So you guys don't make mistakes HUH? You say if customers have a problem, you "ALWAYS FIX IT". Well, it's time to fix this problem. I want my $1,024.94 back just as Mimi in Virginia wants her money back. I bought my grandson another dirtbike for Christmas so I don't need anything your company has to offer except my $1,024.94. You guys make mistakes and send people the wrong items and the wrong colors and then you don't want to fix the problem. (Your website's disclaimer is a real piece of work.) No one should have to pay for your mistakes. By the way, as per your rebuttal, you need to fire all of your employees because they hang up on everyone who has a problem with your company. PAY EVERYONE that didn't get their orders from legion global. PS--regarding your 100% ebay feedback score..what does that say? It says nothing really but does bring to mind the question--WHO is writing these comments and how much are they getting paid?

I've been out of town so I'm a little late answering legion global's rebuttal. I'd like to ask them a question. Why is an employee always answering all the rebuttals instead of the owner. He is the one that should be trying his best to fix these problems. You say legion global is a real company in the town of New Lenox, but why doesn't the police department know this address or about legion global? Anyone with a couple hundred dollars can get a LLC license so that doesn't mean much! Where are you really located? Are you at home in the garage? Why don't you say who owns legion global? If legion global is a legitimate company the owner should be proud to say he's the owner and not hide behind his employees, if said man exists. You say I should get my facts right before I call you liars and scammers, well where I come from you fit the bill. What would you call someone that took your money and laughed about it, saying you should have known your order was wrong? You never even sent a copy of the invoice. No you waited a month and a half to send one you made up, only because I keep insisting on seeing the invoice from the day I placed the order. Do you think I'm stupid? I know you say I ordered a blue 125cc atv because that's whats on your made-up invoice.

Sorry for the problems that you have encountered, however if you ordered an atv, the correct atv was shipped. We double and triple check all order. As for hanging up on you, no one will ever do that otherwise they would get fired. Yes, we are located In new lenox, and you can see in our pictures that we actually do have inventory in stock! Come check us out any day since we are open 12 hours every day. Also, we have had over 300 local customers in the past month and guess what? We have not had any problems with them at all whatsoever. You need to get facts right before you call us liars or scammers. We have been trying very hard to keep all customers happy, however if you have over 10,000 atvs sold in one year, and there are 30 complaints, that is less than half a percent of problems. That is .003 percent. Bottom Line: If you do have a problem, WE ALWAYS FIX IT! Please remember that our disclaimer must be followed! We try our best. P.S. we have a 100% feedback score on Ebay! What does that say?

I thought I would update my report and tell everyone PLEASE, don't order anything from this company,because you will be throwing away your money! I've tried my best to get what I ordered from this company to no avail. They laugh about having my money and there's nothing I can do. I now understand that their products are a big rip off too. No one will tell you who the owner is or how to reach him. You have Al, Jay, Mark, Brian, Gary, no one will tell their last names and I doubt their first names are real. It seems that their places of business don't exist either. I called the police dept. in New Lenox Il. and they say the address does'nt exist in their city,no Legion Global. There is no Legion Global in Joliet Il. at 1050 Colonial Drive,no Legion Global at 18855 San Jose Ave.,City of Industry,Ca., so where are these guys? Where's our money? What can we do to these people? We gave our money in good faith and got nothing in return but guys laughing at our expence all the way to the bank! I'm mad!! There are a lot of you out there that had nothing to give your child for christmas,or not what you were planning to give them, just as bad giving a gift they were looking forward to so much only to have it fall apart or stop running in 15 or 20 minutes. People need to get MAD! Mad enough to put this company out of business for good!
